It is a new year and that means resolutions for many of us. Have you thought about your kids? Maybe they need to get into the habit of making their bed every day, caring for a pet, doing the dishes or homework without a fight.
At our house things have gotten a little crazy this past month. Between Christmas, our daughter's birthday, a short trip to Chicago, and school being out for a few weeks it seems everything has gotten off track, so starting today I am introducing a Chore Chart to our daughter who is now four.
The idea of this chore chart is create a level of responsibility for our daughter, that until now she has not had. For us we only ask that she cleans up her toys, puts her laundry in the hamper and dishes in the sink.
