Head to the Illinois State Museum with the kids this Saturday for another edition of Super Saturday.
This Saturday you and the kids can take part in "Cinco de Mayo" which will feature crafts and activities for the entire family. There will be opportunities to learn Spanish words and phrases, making music with homemade maracas and making tissue paper flowers.
The event goes from 10am-4pm and is FREE. The activities are ongoing and usually take 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
Super Saturdays take place on the second Saturday of each month and the recommended age range is 4-8.
