Hands down Monopoly is my favorite game. Anytime anyone is willing to sit down and play a game you can bet I get in on it, but most of the time I end up playing alone on the computer, which is fine to. Then about two weeks ago USAopoly offered to let me review the Hello Kitty collector's edition of Monopoly. I was so excited to help with the project that I knew this would be the way to introduce my daughter to Monopoly. Granted she is still too young to play, but she can at least enjoy watching and one day when she gets the hang of it, we will be able to start her with a cute fun version that will appeal to her and make the game more fun and exciting.
This game takes everything you already know and love about Monopoly and adds the twist of Hello Kitty, which for anyone in my age bracket knows is a fun way to remember playing games as a kid. All the buying and selling takes place in Hello Kitty's hometown, which for those who do not know is London. Rather than buying houses you get flats....rather than the old Monopoly shoe game piece you can pick Hello Kitt's bow or milk bottle.
