Over the New Year I made the Vanilla Caramel Cake. I picked it because it was a simple recipe, but once it had cooled and was iced it tasted like something that came from a bakery rather than my kitchen. Now I am looking at my cookbook and thinking about making Belgian Waffles in my new waffle maker that I got as a Christmas gift.
Don't worry I will still stay true to using creamer in my coffee, but every once in a while I will pick up an extra Coffeemate and make a dish or two with it.
