Brush Buddies

 
Brush Buddies is the world's leader in providing people of all ages fun and educational oral care products. Their mission is the make dental hygiene easier and more fun for kids, teens and adults and keeping them brushing for the full 2 minutes twice daily that is recommended by the American Dental Association!  I was recently introduced to some of their children's versions of toothbrushes, they include:

Brush Buddies Talking Toothbrushes (description from Brush Buddies website):

Brush Buddies Talking is a line of educational talking timer toothbrushes inspired by both children and dentists. The first five characters are Wanda Whiskers (kitten), Pricilla Piggles (pig), Bow-Wow Brewster (puppy), Moo Reece (cow), and Swingin’ Sammy (monkey). Dentists and hygienists recommend that children properly brush for 2 minutes. With this in mind, a push of a button will start the audio that educates the child on how to brush for the full 2 minutes. Each character’s unique personality comes through with a fun voice and an addictive soundtrack to make the process of educating kids on good oral hygiene fun.

Brush Buddies Poppin' Toothbrushes (description from Brush Buddies website):

Brush Buddies Poppin’ is the newest addition to the Brush Buddies family. Each of the Poppin’ designs are fun, animal characters which currently includes Leapin’ Louie (frog), Milky Wayne (cow), Rickie (lion), Toothy Toby (tiger), and Haily (elephant). The character’s head functions as a protective toothbrush cap. What makes them fun is that the child can push on their belly buttons and the spring-loaded mechanism makes the brush extend out of the body. This design will attract children because the toothbrush looks and acts like a toy with the poppin’ action. 

Brush Buddies Standard Toothbrushes (description from Brush Buddies website):

The Brush Buddies Standard line was developed as a simple manual toothbrush with more fun designs. We have introduced three characters Leo (lion), Mindy (monkey), and Chomps (dinosaur). Each of these use bright colors with a cute designs that children can have fun with.

I was able to try out one of the Brush Buddies Poppin' and one of the Brush Buddies Talking toothbrushes with my 4 year old. He thought they were so cool and I have absolutely no problems convincing him to brush his teeth! Teaching good oral habits at a young age is very important to me and Brush Buddies have definitely been helping me do that!

When I was growing up, I remember getting our own toothpaste and toothbrush in our stocking, which I remember thinking was so cool. I actually continue this "tradition" with my child by picking out and extra fun toothbrush from my child's stocking. Brush Buddies can help you create this tradition for your family as well.
