Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt Review & Case Giveaway

I love Greek style yogurt. I like the taste and I love the higher protein content, for I have discovered that if I start my morning with a bit more protein, like adding Greek yogurt as part of my breakfast, I just feel better for the rest of the day. The only downfall to Greek Yogurt can be the higher calorie content for those of us who also need to control our caloric intake.  General Mills has created a solution to this dilemma with the release of their new Yoplait® Greek 100 Yogurt!

Yoplait® Greek 100 Yogurt is strained Greek yogurt that maintains the rich, creamy taste and texture of Greek Yogurt but with on 100 calories. Each serving of Yoplait® Greek 100 only has 2 value points on the Weight Watchers® PointsPlus® system. Along with it's high protein content (2x that of regular yogurt), it contains 0% fat and is a good source of calcium and vitamin D. It is currently available in 6 delicious flavors including: Strawberry, Black Cherry, Mixed Berry, Vanilla, Peach and Key Lime. 

I have tried the Strawberry and the Vanilla Yoplait® Greek 100 Yogurt and really enjoyed both of them. They were a great addition to my breakfast or as a snack later in the day. I love that they are only 100 calories, so they help me keep that in check. My son had to try it and loved it too, especially the strawberry. 

Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt is available at stores nationwide and is a great way to get a delicious, nutritious, higher protein start to your day (or as a snack) without being overloaded with calories.
