 As much as my husband likes to grill, Ribs have been intimidating to him, so he was pretty excited to check out this book and I must say, his first attempt at grilling ribs turned out pretty darn tasty! I have a feeling that Ribs, since they are one of his favorites, will be on our dinner menu much more often now that he has over come the intimidation factor thanks to Steven Raichlen's Barbecue! Bible: BEST RIBS EVER.
