I wanted to remind you about the lineup of concerts for the Grandstand at this year's Illinois State Fair. Grandstand reserved seats and track tickets go on sale Saturday, April 27th at 10 AM on Ticketmaster online or by calling 800-745-3000. Go to the Illinois State Fair website for more information.
The fair this year runs from August 8th-18th and the theme is "Where Illinois Comes Together".
The concerts announced are:
August 9th: Billy Currington and Lauren Alaina
August 10th: Styx, REO Speedwagon and Head East
August 11th: John Mayer with Philip Phillips
August 12th: New Odyssey
August 13th: The Band Perry with Randy Houser
August 14th: Toby Keith with Kip Moore
August 16th: Gary Allan, Thompson Square, Frankie Ballard, The Farm and Brushfire
August 17th: Ke$ha
August 18th: Journey
Plus if you are looking for a deal on rides, right now you can get the Mega Pass for $65. It will be $75 after August 3rd. The Mega Pass is good all 11 days of the fair and is good for rides in the Main Carnival Midway and Adventure Village. Order Online or Through the Mail or by phone (217)782-6661 or by visiting the Emmerson Building on the IL State Fairgrounds.
