Yesterday, we made a trip to see my Mother-in-Law and stopped by the Gordmans in Fairview Heights and I was amazed with the deals. I could have spent hours walking around the store, but unfortunately we were running late and the store had to close shortly after we arrived. Thankfully, I was able to take a quick look at a few sundresses and the watches before we had to leave.
I am planning to go back this weekend and take advantage of the save an additional 50% on clearance sale which I am sure will bring in some big bargains. Before I do go back I plan to sign up for the new gRewards, which is a free loyalty program, not a credit card, where members receive points for shopping at participating stores to earn rewards certificates. Members earn one point for every dollar spent and after 200 points they receive a $10 reward certificate. Other rewards that members receive include an extra 10 percent off a transaction during your birthday month in addition to other rewards.
I really can not wait to visit the store in Springfield this weekend, in fact I have already told our daughter that we will be picking up a few things for back to school which is only six short weeks away.
