Would you consider yourself a noodlepreneur? I would have to say I am not but after tasting Annie Chun's Noodle bowls, she definitely is.
I had the pleasure of tasting the all natural Asian cuisine Noodle bowl Garlic Scallion ( Fresh cooked Hokkien noodles with bok choy, carrot, and sesame toppings. It was mild which is just my speed. It was ready in 2 minutes, has no preservatives and no MSG added. Garlic Scallion was inspired by the Chinese favorite, chow mein and boy was it good. I will definitely be looking for this one in stores.
I let my daughter try the Peanut Sesame Noodle Bowl, it was a little bit spicier than mild ( there is a meter on the front of the box letting you know hotness) and she truly enjoyed it. I am not a lover of nuts in my food.
Both of these dishes are amazing, I might add that they are both dairy free, vegan free, & fish/shellfish free. This is great for those that have a dairy allergy or fish allergy.
For those of you that crave something salty but try to be healthy, I strongly urge you to try Annie Chun's Roasted Seaweed Snacks. These are Savory roasted Korean seaweed with sesame oil. I was pleasantly surprised. These truly were bursting with flavor. Love the fact that they are full of vitamins and minerals to.
I would love to try the Teriyaki Bowl & one of their soup bowls. I love soup, even in the summer.
These are great for quick lunches. Great if your a mom and always have to eat fast while kids are sleeping or you need to get some work done. Easily stack able so you can pack them anywhere.
