Anything
that combines music and video games is good in my book. So naturally I
was just as excited as every other music and video game lover out there
when they first showed the Guitar Hero Live
trailer featuring James Franco and Lenny Kravitz. I was even more
excited that it was released just in time for Christmas and provided the
perfect gift idea for a few relatives.
The
Guitar Hero franchise is making a huge comeback with the release of
Guitar Hero Live, they've added new, innovative live-action technology, a
newly reworked controller that is more like a real guitar than ever
before, and GHTV, the world's first ever playable music video network
that allows fans to browse and access a constantly-updated library of
official music videos and other featured content. Along with the game,
hundreds of songs will; be playable upon release, and the library will
regularly expand to reflect and embrace today's trends in both music and
gaming consumption. The tracks that are currently playable are:
