With all of the things on your child's wish list that they want, it's sometimes easy to overlook what they need. Happy Kids Songs by Dr. Mac & Friends is a creative new way to teach kids a way to navigate through it all with upbeat new music and through workbooks.

Happy Kids Songs helps to empower kids with character, and social and emotional skills. The creator, "Dr. Mac" a.k.a. Don MacMannis, Ph. D. is also a singer, songwriter, producer, child and family psychologist, and an author. The Happy Kids Songs series features songs that are sung by all ages, with a wide variety of instruments, and that have an adult quality but still appeal to children and contain themes that are common to four to eight year olds.

In addition to the musical albums, the Happy Kids Songs Workbook contains 124 pages of activities that relate to how to build character, social, and emotional skills. The books include song lyrics, coloring pages, and a bunch of games and puzzles (my sons loves crossword puzzles and he was happy to find some inside).
