The
holiday season means dressing for the occasion, and before all of the
parties and photographs start there's the issue of dressing your little
ones in clothes that are going to be both comfortable and easy to get
both off and on. As many of us parents know, there is nothing harder
than dressing a squirming and/or unhappy child and a lot of the times
they end up taking the clothing off because they just aren't
comfortable. Jamie Muaina, mom inventor, created the Little Mr. Button On Bow Tie for exactly this reason.
After
having her son, Jamie Muaina came to realize that the variety of
accessories for boys were slim. that and clip on ties, while easy to put
on, are all to easy to remove. She would regularly pick him up from
class on Sunday only to find that he had removed his tie yet again. She
knew parents needed neckwear that was safe and secure, high quality yet
affordable and both stylish and comfortable. She had her "Aha!" moment
late into the night when she had the genius idea to use the button that
is already on a shirt to attach a tie. After many prototypes, design
tweaks, manufacturing hurtles, and industry advice Little Mr. has
overcome adversity and has sold thousands. The tie simply buttons on to
the already existing button and is just as easy to remove as it is to
put on.
