HP Envy 5540 All-in-One Inkjet Printer + HP Instant Ink

I am a big fan of HP printers.  I have been using them in both my home and office for several years and have great success with them.

If you are not familiar with HP Instant Ink, this is a fantastic program which will help you insure that you will not run out of ink again.  All you have to do is sign up for a plan based on the number of pages you print. The plans are as low as $2.99 per month which will include the ink, shipping and cartridge recycling.  Then your printer will tell HP when to send more ink. With this plan you don't have to worry about forgetting to pick up ink at your local store, HP takes care of that for you.  Plus, you can change or cancel your plan at any time, because there is no contract.  What this will do is save you money.  For example if you purchase the 50 page plan for $2.99 per month you will be spending $36 per year. Using standard sized cartridges you purchase in-store you will be spending about $132 per year, so you are saving $96! And if you have a light printing month, unused pages will rollover to the next month. HP will only send you ink when your printer lets them know that you are running low.
