Sam's Club: Free Health Screenings for Everyone Saturday, June 11th

 

Head to your nearest Sam's Club that has a pharmacy for a free offer today, Saturday, June 11th. Here is the information I received.

According to a new survey, 91% of men say maintaining their health is important to them, but more than half (57%) say they only go to the doctor when there is a problem.*

So what would incite more men to get a routine health checkup? In the same survey, 73% of men said they would be more likely to get a checkup if it was free and 56% would be more likely to get a checkup if they could go over the weekend.* With this in mind and in recognition of Men’s Health Month, Sam’s Club is hosting FREE health screenings for both members and the public this Saturday, June 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., while supplies last.

These health screenings are free, confidential and available at all Sam’s Club locations with a pharmacy (613 locations). The screenings are valued at up to $150** and will include the following tests:

·         Glucose

·         Total cholesterol

·         HDL (good cholesterol)

·         Blood pressure

·         Body fat percentage

·         Vision (not available at all locations)

·         Hearing (not available at all locations)
