Keystone Beef

Most of the time, it is easy to dismiss the health of your food. Not so much in the sense that it might be bad for you, but in the fact that maybe it could be BETTER. I used canned foods a lot, its convenient, cost effective, and most of the time a huge timesaver for a busy family with two working parents and two boys in sports. Typically the meals I cook when using canned foods, involve mixing a lot of different cans together to make a stew/soup, or chili and I'm sure most of you reading this already know the ease of preparing a meal that way. It makes a lot of food fast. Keystone is a company that understands how important your time and safety is to you, its evident in their foods and in the way they give you every opportunity to learn about who they are as a company.

I have tried their canned chicken in the past and was pleasantly surprised, so I was more than excited to hear they were sending some canned beef my way. I decided to use the product in a way I would usually use the same type of product at home, to make beef stew and noodles. This is a staple in our house since it makes a bunch and there's still enough for my husband to take to work for leftovers. I noticed immediately that there was a difference in the beef I usually buy to the Keystone. Keystone's beef was able to be shredded easily, making it very clear that I was working with actual cuts of beef, the beef I typically buy would break apart but would come apart in chunks, which means it was ground and then reshaped. It kind of makes you wonder what nutrients are being lost when you do that to meat...

Keystone does exactly what needs to be done, and ONLY what needs to be done to deliver to you the best possible canned meat. That means your canned beef is going to come with the meat, and salt for preserving it while canned. I don't know what could be more convenient and nutritious than that.
