Halloween is past and it wont be long before Christmas is here. My husband always gripes at me for starting the Christmas traditions before Thanksgiving is over but I just cant help it. We have a handful of Christmas movies that we watch every year and this year we are more than delighted to add another to the list! The newest movie to be added to our Christmas collection is Albert: A Small Tree with a Big Dream from Nickelodeon Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Media.

Available on November 14th, just in time for the holidays, Albert makes his DVD debut. Albert is a tiny fir tree who dreams of becoming Empire City's most famous Christmas Tree. Along with his friends Maisie the palm tree and Gene the weed, he begins the trip of a lifetime to make all of his dreams come true. Their journey isn't easy though, because on the way they encounter the villainous and prickly Cactus Pete and even a swarm of hungry rabbits! In spite of these hardships, the trio discovers the true meaning of friendship and teamwork, and saves Christmas along the way!
