Recently Idahoan sent me three of their new homestyle casseroles, Au Gratin, Scalloped and Loaded Baked. Since I am no stranger to boxed potatoes I knew these would be perfect for me. If you are new to boxed potatoes they could not be easier to make, all you need is the box, water, milk and butter. Combine everything and bake them for about 20 mins. When you are finished you have a wholesome side dish that everyone, even kids will love.
What I like about Idahoan is that they have an extended shelf life allowing you to be able to pick up a few boxes and have them on the pantry shelf when you need them. I don't know about you, but this time of the year I like to have a few extra groceries in the house, between it getting darker earlier and of course the cold weather that will be here before we know it I am excited about the new homestyle casseroles from Idahoan.
