Safees Safety Reflectors

Kids are back-to-school and fall is heading our way, which means dusk and darkness reach us earlier. Unfortunately, that means that it is harder for our children (and ourselves) to be seen and poor visibility means less safe, especially along our streets and parking lots. In fact, pedestrians, bicyclists, skaters and others not driving a vehicle are a great risk of getting hurt simply because they are not clearly visible to passing traffic. Increasing visibility is key to keeping our children, ourselves and even our pets safe and Safees has a great easy solution!

She made it her mission to increase awareness and created Safees and a quick, easy and inexpensive solution to the visibility problem, plus they come in fun shapes that your child will enjoy!

Safees are hard prism reflectors that easily clip or pin to your clothes at knee to thigh height (the level of a car headlight beam). You can wear it on a spiral attachment to swing freely making the wearer even more obvious at a greater distance--allowing the driver more time to stop or steer clear and avoid accidents and injury. Safees are manufactured in Finland and are CE and Lloyds certified and adheres to all relevant ISO standards as well as meeting the very high EU standards for environmental consideration; no waste is produced when manufacturing Safees and they are 100% recyclable.

Safees are great for use on anyone or anything moving around in traffic--children, adults, cyclists, strollers/wagons, pets (perfect for you and you pup when you are out for an evening walk or run), and more. 

I was really impressed at how bright the Safees reflected. My samples came on the Spiral Attachment, which I really liked--I think the ability of the Safees to move made it all the more obvious that a child, pet, etc that there and it help to catch a drivers attention earlier. My son is still to young (in my opinion) to be out on the street without us, but we now we clip on our Safees whenever we are out at dusk or beyond. Just think with Halloween right around the corner, and people driving from place to place how much easier your child will be to see with a Safees on--I would definitely recommend checking them out for all children, as well as for yourself and your pet! Darkness is coming earlier and earlier now, and Safees are a great, easy way to keep your family safer!
