As we head into the cooler months, Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. is preparing us for the minor throat irritation that is bound to occur with cold & flu season and/or simply the drier air that occurs when the heat comes on, with 2 new products--Luden's Moisture Drops and Chloroseptic Warming Sore Throat Spray!
The name Luden's has been known and trusted for soothing scratchy throats for over 130 years. Their newest product, Luden's Moisture Drops is designed to soothe the dryness and discomfort associated with dry mouth, while soothing everyday throat irritation. This delicious Kiwi-Strawberry flavored lozenge has an unique "HydroAction" formula, with the main active ingredient of Pectin to moisturize and soothe. Everyone experiences dry mouth periodically and Luden's Moisture Drops are the perfect solution!  I must admit, these taste great and they are great for helping prevent the "cotton" mouth that I tend to get right before a presentation! In addition to the Luden's Moisture Drops, Luden's has the entire line of throat drops and the Orange Vitamin C Supplement Drops that I have come to love and expect from them.

For me, when my great tasting Luden's no longer cut it for throat irritation, my next step is Chloraseptic (I always have some spray and lozenges in my medicine cabinet, just in case). The #1 pharmacist-recommended brand for sore throat relief has just introduced the newest member of their line up, the new Chloraseptic Warming Sore Throat Spray. Chloraseptic Warming Sore Throat Spray provides immediate relief of sore throat pain (like you would expect from a Chloraseptic product), plus the added benefit of a warm soothing feeling. It is available in a Honey Lemon flavored sugar-free formula that has been described at "Hot tea on the go!"  I haven't had a sore throat since getting my sample, but I did try it just to try it--it is quite unique--the combo of numbing and warming is really comforting. I know it will be the first thing I grab when I have a sore throat this fall/winter!

Thank you to BHG Pr for my samples used in this review, opinions are honest.  Review by Michelle.
