I love a good adventure and most kids do to. The Adventures of Zach & Zoey is full of fun and adventure. It's 2 stories in 1 book. The book is part storybook, part schoolbook.
In the Adventures of Zach & Zoey, the main story : HELLO WORLD!- Zach, Zoey & Pilot (their dog) take children and adults on a voyage of discovery around the globe in a hot air balloon. They land in faraway and not so far away places, making friends and learning to say hello, goodbys, thank you, you're welcome and please in 21 languages.
In the World of Zach, Zoey and Pilot it's the digital and social media hub for all things Zach, Zoey and Pilot.
Let's be realistic children today need to be multilingual. Most colleges actually require a year of a foreign language. Even though this is an early foreign language reader (ages 4-6) I completely enjoyed this book. It gives you a little description of the place, tells you what ZZP (Zach, Zoey & Pilot) did while they were there and then gives you the pronunciation of the words. It's really a neat book. The pages were very bright and colorful.
I also loved that Zach & Zoey comes with several blank post cards of ZZP in their hot air balloon. What a fun way to have your children or students send a post card to someone that says a few words in another language. What a fun way to learn. Children do learn quicker an easier if they enjoy what they are doing. This book is fun. Great gift for teachers too.
