Send a Spoonful of Comfort

This past Spring during tornado season in our area, I received the "Spoonful of Comfort" basket. This was a God send. It could not have arrived at a better time.

Spoonful of Comfort is delicious home made chicken noodle soup that arrives at your door with all the trimmings to make you feel loved and comforted. I received a  jar of soup in a beautiful jar tied with an adorable polka dot yellow ribbon, a ladle, some rolls and some cookies for desert.

You can send these for any occasion to comfort someone. For instance Get Well, Sympathy, College Care Package, New Baby, Corporate Gifts, you can send some lemonade just to brighten someones day.  There are so many options you can choose from, if you have a sick loved one at college you can add some fuzzy socks or a nice blanket. You can add some hot tea or hot chocolate. In the Thinking of you basket you can add a cute little apron.

These are really the sweetest thing. I would love to receive any of these.

Not only does this show that you care but it's home made and tastes amazing. My girls and I love soup and believe me there was nothing left. I do wish the portions were bigger but obviously with a family of 6 that's a little difficult to do. Over all I will definitely keep Spoonful of Comfort in the back of my mind. This is great for those long distances when you just can't get there but want to let them know your thinking about them no matter how big or small the need.
